What consoles do you work on?
I regularly work on:
- All Playstation Models
- All Xbox Models
- Nintendo Wii and Gamecube
Other consoles may be considered depending on the issue. Time and availability can vary based on parts and condition.
Are the consoles tested before sale?
Yes. All working consoles are tested and checked before being listed for sale.
Any known issues, cosmetic wear, or limitations are disclosed in the listing so you know exactly what you are buying.
Do you repair or service controllers?
Yes. I offer servicing and repairs for a range of gaming controllers, including common wear-related issues such as stick drift or battery replacements.
Do you repair stick drift?
Yes. Stick drift is one of the most common controller faults and is something I regularly deal with.
Depending on the controller and condition, this may involve:
- Replacing damaged or failed components
- Cleaning and servicing the existing analogue module
- Replacing worn analogue sticks
- Upgrading stick modules (Hall Effect, TMR)
Yes. I offer servicing and repairs for a range of gaming controllers, including common wear-related issues such as stick drift or battery replacements.
Do you offer stick upgrades such as Hall Effect or TMR sticks?
In some cases, yes.
Hall Effect or TMR stick upgrades may be offered for supported controllers where parts are available.
Please note:
- These upgrades are not always kept in stock
- Parts may need to be ordered in

If you are interested in an upgraded stick solution, please get in touch and I can advise on suitability and timing.
Can you replace controller batteries?
Yes. Battery replacement is available for supported controllers with degraded or failing batteries.
Battery condition is a common issue on older controllers, and replacement can significantly improve usability.
Do you sell refurbished controllers?
Yes. Refurbished controllers are often available and are typically sold bundled with consoles or separately when stock allows.
All refurbished controllers are tested before sale and include a 7 day warranty.
Do you repair consoles for customers, or only resell repaired units?
Yes, I offer console repairs for customers as well as selling tested or refurbished consoles.
Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the console model, fault, and overall condition. This allows me to give each job the proper time and attention it deserves.
If you have a console that needs repair, please use the Services & Repairs page to submit the details using the repair enquiry form. I will review the information and get back to you with an honest assessment and next steps.
How can I see what stock is currently available?
The most up-to-date stock can be found on:
- The Current Stock page on this website
- Facebook Marketplace listings
Stock moves regularly, so if you see something you like, it is best to get in touch sooner rather than later.
How much do repairs cost?
Repair costs vary depending on:
- Console model
- Fault type
- Parts required
- Overall condition
I will always provide an honest assessment before proceeding. If a repair is not economical or not worth doing, I will tell you upfront.
What is your policy on bug or pest-infested consoles?
Consoles that are found to be infested with insects, such as cockroaches, require additional handling and precautions to prevent contamination of my workspace and other equipment.
If a console is found to have an active or historical infestation:
- An additional $50 handling and assessment fee will apply due to the time and care required.
- Work will cease immediately upon discovery.
- You will be contacted straight away to discuss the condition and next steps.
No further repair work will be carried out unless the additional fee is agreed to.
This policy exists to protect my workspace and other customers’ equipment, and to ensure all repairs are carried out safely and responsibly.
Do you buy faulty or unwanted consoles?
Yes. I am always interested in buying working or faulty consoles, accessories, and bundles.
If you are looking to sell a console you can use the Sell Your Console page or message me directly.
Do you offer a warranty on consoles you sell?
Yes. Consoles sold as fully working include a 14-day warranty from the date of sale.
This covers faults related to normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or tampering. Consoles sold as “for parts” or “faulty” do not include a warranty.
Full details are available on the Returns & Warranty page.
What happens if there is an issue after purchase?
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact me as soon as possible.
I will work with you to:
- Troubleshoot the issue
- Offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate
My goal is to keep things fair, clear, and hassle-free.

Local pickup is available in Adelaide.
Australia Wide shipping can be offered with costs quoted before purchase depending on item purchased and shipping destination.
