
Returns & Warranty
At Goode Gaming & Collectibles, we aim to be clear and upfront about the condition of every item we sell. Unless otherwise stated;
- all working consoles and accessories are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase.
- All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty.
14-Day Warranty on Working Items
This warranty covers:
- Faults that were not present or disclosed at the time of sale
- Issues that affect normal operation when used as intended
If a fault arises within this period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or liquid ingress
- Issues caused by modifications or repairs carried out after purchase
- Normal wear and tear on older hardware
- Consoles or accessories that have been opened or tampered with after sale
Warranty seals may be applied to some items. If these seals are removed or damaged, the warranty may be void.
90 Day Warranty on Repairs
This warranty covers:
- The specific fault that was repaired
- Parts replaced during the repair
- Labour related to the original repair work
If the same issue returns within 90 days, we will reassess the item and carry out further repair work at no additional cost where the fault is related to the original repair.
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after the item has been returned
- Issues caused by third party repairs or tampering after our service
If you experience any problems with a repaired item, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue so we can organise testing and the next steps.
Items Sold “As Is” or for Parts
Some items may be sold:
- For parts or repair
- As is
- With known faults clearly described
These items are not covered by a warranty and are sold at a reduced price with this in mind. The condition of these items will always be clearly stated in the listing.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If an issue falls within the warranty period and terms above, we will work with you to reach a fair outcome as quickly as possible.
Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
